Tennessee Governor Lee a week or so ago Issued a Safer At Home Order for all of Tennessee that has since been amended. The latest amendment goes beyond "recommending" residents stay home and mandates they stay home because of a resurgence in the numbers of people out when they shouldn't be. His order is in effect till April 14th.
The Mayor of Nashville, Mayor Cooper, has also issued a Safer At Home Order, originally to April 14th. But he's also amended his order and has now extended it to April 24th.
I was initially confused by the conflicting information. How long am I mandated to stay home? Then, obviously duh!! It hit me that the Mayor's order only covers Nashville Davidson County, whereas the Governor's order is for the whole State.
Do you have Stay at Home/Safer at Home or other type orders where you live? Are your local ones different from your statewide ones?
