Scammers are so stupid!!!!!

I have been getting these spoofed number calls for months that are from this area. Just now, I received one from a number that I knew the people. I started not to answer but I thought, what if it is really them so I answered. The dummy says, "Hi this is Elizabeth." Elizabeth is not a member of that family so I hung up immediately!!! They are so stupid to think that we will stay on the line and listen to their junk as soon as we realize they are not who they are claiming to be.

I know what you mean. I get the same kinds of calls with phone numbers similar to mine. It's usually a pre-recorded message and the same woman in most of them. I don't answer them anymore since I don't know anyone with a phone number similar to mine.

Sometimes these calls are called "Butt calls". They are rare but they do happen. Some folks leave their cell phones in their pocket in their pants

and if they move a certain way, the phone "feels" it and dials a number , In this case, it's YOUR number. SO, best hang up.

If you set up a CALL BLOCKING AP you won't be bothered any more with spammers etc.

I never get these calls and I wonder why. Could it be they don't love me?
