It's been reported the Obama administration has been amassing a 'secret' data base of racial information to be used to for "racial" or "economic" justice.

Personal information, secret and government data base is all I need to hear and I am out. If some one wants to file a discrimination suit fine, there's usually proof of some kind that can be obtained or gathered-that's the plaintiffs/lawyers job. Statistics can be flawed, manipulated, contorted or taken out of context. With a data base or any kind of data storage it could become out dated let alone incomplete. This is also one more data base to be compromised.
Just because "justice" is used or to be associated does not mean it is "just".
