I'm not sure how. The article was published by Canadian state-run media. The author seems to have solidly leftist credits. It doesn't go into the story behind the conspiracy. It actually leans pretty hard left, more than hinting this is an opportunity to disqualify Trump from the upcoming election.

I would have thought small drones with cameras would have been a wise call with all the roof tops in the vicinity.
