Security Lockout on wife’s iPhone.

Try again in 3 hours. Anyone ever have this problem and how did you fix it. Wife tried signing in too many times. iPhone 11xs running IOS 16.5

Yap! It sort of happened to me. However, I stopped trying to sign in when it warned me that it would lock itself. I guess iphones are like that!

There are many ways to get past this especially if you’re signed into iCloud which most are. Did she forget her password?
Best thing to do is wait. Don’t keep trying if you aren’t sure of the info. I locked out one of my iPhones and lost all my photos and everything I had saved. It was horrible.
