Seems like lobster prices have really gone up.

I love crab,shrimp and scallops. I'd eat lobster but I sure as heck wouldn't order it in a restaurant. Then I wouldn't eat clams or oysters even if free! I have eaten abalone, and even geoduck clams neither were a favorite, but if they were free I'd eat them.
 

I like lobster and I will always like it. The question as previously hinted at is at what point will it be not worth it? I haven't had it in years, and I haven't been in a restaurant since Covid. I could do it one more time, and I might someday. But there are no really good restaurants where I live, so it would have to be on a trip, maybe to Maine. I don't want to go someplace where the cook doesn't know what to do with the stuff at the bottom of the freezer.
