It would have been nice to have something like this when my father in law had a major stroke. We used to feed him by hand, but with something like this he may have been able to eat some things by himself.

 

Brilliant. I recall my friend that had ALS used special utensils while she was able to eat. Such a small thing can make a big difference in someone's life. Glad to see it.
 
These are about $200.00, I wonder if a Dr. could write a prescription so an insurance carrier would pickup the cost as durable medical equipment.
 

They are pricey Aunt Bea, but many things are these days. Would be great if medical insurance would pick up some of the cost for those who need this. Maybe in the future?
