Selling House Plants

I put several houseplants I have out for my yard sale. I only sold one - a pot of pothos ivy. I put two of the larger ones on Marketplace and have had several nibbles on the Dieffenbachia, none for the palm tree. What makes the Dieffenbachia more appealing?

I did sell the Dieffenbachia this morning.

Aside from being handsome they are super easy to propagate.

What kind of palm is that?

A date palm. I started it from a pit several years ago.
