Selling Photos

Do you, or have you in the past, sold any photos you've taken?

I put some photos on a website, that was free to do, to sell some. The website would make some money as well as I would. I found out that one of mine sold, but I only received a few dollars for it. I found out that most-to-all of the photos were taken with a much better, and much more expensive camera than I had and, if needed, redone with an expensive photo software. My wife thinks I take terrific photos, but the ones on this website were truly terrific.

Perhaps this is a site setting up this as some type of scam hoping that you will purchase ‘this’ extra special software.

If you and your wife enjoy your photos, that’s more important than strangers judging whether are not they are worthy enough.

I know someone that takes beautiful photos of scenery. He frames them himself and sells them at the craft shows. A hobby he enjoys with a cash bonus.

I've never sold any of my photos, but all my friends say I should.. but they're biased, I;m no photographer, it's just a hobby for me...
