I have grandparents living in Makati, Philippines, who love living there because of the benefits they get as seniors such as free movie tickets, birthday cakes on their birthdays, special discounts, more

Do you know any senior benefits in a given area like this?
 

A lot of restaurants will give a free dessert to patrons who are celebrating a birthday, you just have to show your ID to prove it. I just got a senior discount at a local supermarket, one day a month you get 10% off the entire bill. There are also discounted passes at the state parks, etc. Haven't heard of any free movie tickets though, lol.
 
Cake on my birthday?!?!? Well, it's comin' up quickly so get to bakin'!!! Chocolate Fudge, please. OR, mouse . . . I mean moose . . . uh, MOUSSE!
 

Senior Citizens' Community Centers (Florida, USA) provide free lunches, all sorts of activities (exercise, games, movies, outings, etc). They provide transportaton to grocery stores and other shopping. You can't beat it.
