A serial killer from Cuba released in/onto US in the 1981 boat lift still in court for murders he committed. They already had him for 4 homicides in a 9 month period in the Bronx/NYC decades ago.

Story speaks for itself although this is another reason why you do not let just anybody into country without scrutiny. It also shows that the so called poor or socialists/communists are not immune to criminal behavior.
 

This also shows the Stupidity of our Criminal Justice system. We keep these animals locked up and going through endless court appeals, etc., at a cost of sometimes millions of dollars per inmate. What a waste of money! We spend billions per year warehousing these misfits, while millions of honest people are struggling just to get by. When there is No Doubt that the murderer is guilty, the verdict should be to "eliminate" him....IMO.
 
And the appeals will go on and on and on and on . . . .

The guy is probably "undeportable" anyway. Many Cubans are, because their country will not take them back.
