Should the Academy Awards take an Affirmative Action approach?

With only white actors nominated this year there has been an outcry from the black community that the awards were based solely upon race. This seems like nonsense to me after it was explained how the selection process takes place, but you can disagree with me if you like as it is permitted, but not fashionable...

Al Sharpton is not the black community, though he does think he is. I liked Allen West's response. "The NFL and NBA are too black."

I believe the Black community has bigger things to worry about and to seek action for than the silly Oscars. Their focus needs to be on what really matters.
