Should we be paying for presidential libraries after they have been built?

They are built by private funds but once the presidential records and gifts are ensconced there the taxpayer picks up the tab. These libraries are propaganda vehicles to enhance a positive image by their supporters. It has been proposed that all presidential papers be housed in a central location to cut the cost. I certainly agree with this cost cutting measure and so should you...
