Since the Bondi Terror attack, I have noticed some changes

I live two streets away from a Jewish school. Alongside the school is a Jewish community centre/cafe, childcare centre and sports oval where Maccabi Soccer Club are based.
Since the Bondi attack, 200+ stainless steel bollards, 250mm in diameter, 1 metre tall have been installed along the whole site running parallel to the main road.
Police now use the cafe as their morning break go to place. There have never been police at this cafe before the attack. Now there are police stopping by regularly for coffee.

Here in Toronto the Toronto Police Service has positioned 3 large RV type vehicles in parts pf the city that have large Jewish populations, in reaction to recent incidents where gun fire was directed at Jewish schools and temples. Each RV vehicle is functioning as a mini sub Police station, and information center. Uniform patrols, as well as plain clothes officers are out and patrolling the areas where problems have taken place in the past few weeks. A number of arrests have been made of persons who were suspected of gunfire at Jewish locations. JIMB.

Today I was at Breckler Park which is directly opposite the Jewish School (Carmel Modern Orthodox School) spoken about above. On the opposite side to where the bollards were installed.
There goes 1 police car, there goes another police car, and another police car. The following police cars are about 30 seconds behind the lead one.
They go around the block 3 times then I do not see them again.
30 minutes later, I leave the park, at the park entrance, there is 1 police car parked on the verge, 50 metres down the road there is another police car parked on the verge. On a hunch, I drive around to the front of the school, where the bollards are. As I drive past, I notice a third police car parked up, and again, about 50 metres away is a fourth police car parked.
All 4 cars have 2 police in them.
Now, school out time is 1 1/2 hours away. I wonder if some sort of threat was received.
