Has anyone have or used one of these tag and mole removers? I have this one, but have used it only once on a small skin tag and it did take it right off.

My grandmother used to tie them off with a piece of white thread and after a few days they would shrivel up and fall off.

In all of this there is a risk of infection. That's what you have to guard against.

I didn't even know they made such a thing. I've just cut them off with a new sharp nail scissor that I have boiled to disinfect then applied a little over the counter antibiotic cream. I wouldn't recommend this, especially to any diabetics but it works for me.

I didn't know they existed either. I'd prefer to let my dermatologist take care of it.

I saw them advertised on tv and checked EBay. They have several of them at a reasonable price. I let the VA take care of most, but this works fine on small tags.
