The car looks like it's been in a skirmish .... bumper bar tied on, paint scrapes, etc.
An explanation is usually $100.00 Pappy but my first consultation is free.
PS: The car belongs to these people http://www.mangohillskirmish.com/ who are a couple of kilometers from me. I spotted it in the parking area of our local North Lakes shopping centre and the condition of the car, together with the signage, appealed to my warped sense of humour.
