Sleep Issues and Grape Seed Extract

I have other posts here on the value of Grape Seed Extract but just found this one and thought I'd post separately. A person on another group struggles with sleep and claims to try so much but she has seen my Grape Seed Ex info for a couple yrs and NEVER went with it....now she's thinking about it since SHE found info related to insomnia and grape seed ex. So I went looking and YES found info related to these two.
