Sleeping With An Air Purifier

I am convinced it helps me stay sleeping once I fall asleep and wake up feeling rested. Anyone here using one?

We have small ones, which we turn on as needed. Haven't needed them for sleep, though.

Given the pandemic, always bring one (LV-H132) on road trips where I will be staying in lodging. Do not like sleeping anywhere in stale, stuffy, cleaning chemical smelling, dusty, air as it can lead to nasal congestion. Prefer an open window allowing fresh air circulation to any air purifier.

After we open windows to get fresh air, we run the air purifiers to remove any dust that came in. Works for us.

We have 4 of them, because summers can bring a lot of smoke from forest fires. With COPD I find it especially hard to breathe with wood smoke around. DH makes sure I can breathe.

Just bought one for the living room and today have a smaller one coming for bedroom. I hope, like you, it helps my nighttime breathing.

Mine is an Alen T500. The posters here that say they prefer open windows have to take in to consideration how the air is where they live. Living in Houston just northwest of petroleum refineries our air is not the best to put it mildly. However, I am a fresh air freak and while others in my condo complex always have the drapes drawn and windows closed year round I open my windows every day it is permissible. Now the temp is 80 in the day time but cooler at night around 50-60.

Bedroom purifier came today. Set up and running. Mine are Guardian units. Very quiet.
