I feel like a fish out of water here.

I was kinda like the Dad on my last website...lots of younger folks. Now I feel like 'the kid' on this forum.

Sometimes a change of scenery can be really refreshing. :)
 
Actually, I kinda blew that Poll! lol!

I've got the age 60, 70 and 80 in three different categories! Oh well, if you are right on the button, you can choose the half full or half empty vote. :)

I'm due for a break from this forum anyways. My affliction is acting up, and I'm beginning to read double/ triple meanings into the words and posts of others. This is a red flag for me that I'm beginning to slide down the rabbit hole again.

I'll revisit this forum when I'm feeling better. :)

I'm 72 and recovering from a Covid infection. Took my meds and stayed locked up at home. My wife got it (tested positive also) a day after I did, she too is recovering at home. We both felt sick over the last week. We called our doctor and the medications he prescribed made that sick feeling somewhat worse, but they seem to have worked. Hopefully, we will feel better and get stronger over the new week! I am also compromised by being a type 2 diabetic and obese, so I am glad they worked.

I was a bit fearful when I tested positive for Covid. But I fared as well as my wife and she is in very good health, so my fears were wrong...take the meds, follow the protocol and you will probably be ok, you will fill like crap for a few days, but you will recover...
