I flew on a 747 once that had fewer than 12 passengers. It was almost like having a private plane. I was about half-way through a 35-hour trip with a 4-month-old and I was exhausted to the point of collapse. The cabin crew put me to bed "upstairs" and baby-sat while I took a long nap. I could get used to that kind of service.
