it's a baked seasonal berry pie, served with ice cream, its baked while you wait, about 30 minutes and served in the red hot pan sizzling.... Mmmmm

It's called Shanezhka which doesn't translate..... the berries were raspberry, strawberry blackcurrant and another local berry, not sure of the name..

Diner: Waiter: This rabbit stew is very good. Is it all rabbit?

Waiter: Thank you. Well, since you asked, we put some horse meat in it.

Diner: Oh? What percentage ?

Waiter: 50/50

Diner : What do you mean 50/50 ?

Waiter : One horse/ One rabbit.

Hmmm.. The food sounds good, though I would never dream of photographing a meal myself unless it was exceptional or very unusual. I think I only ever photographed one dessert (in Lisbon, Portugal) because I had never seen anything like it before. It was made by drizzling egg yolk into boiling, sweetened rose water. Probably had about a million calories per portion - it tasted amazing, but you can't convey taste in a picture.
