I suspect that "42" will be revised several times. And so will the risks. They would have to downplay it; they can't afford to scare people away from the vaccine.
I just remembered something. Several months ago, a friend & I were chatting about a Covid vaccine. She said, "We really have no way of knowing what's in the vaccine." Funny how the wrong vaccine was given. Makes ya wonder what other screwups we can expect.

The "42" count crossed my mind, too, when I was reading the article.
