Arthurs Seat in Victoria, Australia, was named in 1802 by Acting Lieutenant John Murray of the Lady Nelson.
He named it after the famous hill of the same name in Edinburgh, Scotland, because the Victorian peak bore a striking resemblance to the Scottish landmark.
Very hazy so photos not as sharp.

Arthur's Seat is 314 metres above sea level and is the result of a tectonic uplift.
Comprised predominately of igneous granite.

I was always taken by your pristine waters. One day, while having lunch with friends in Adelaide, I delighted in watching baby crabs along the shore-line.

I have made the decision to make a permanent move to Melbourne.
I will be returning to Perth early May, giving rental termination notice and driving across Australia late May.
