Someone I know observed their 103rd birthday

It was announced in church she had her birthday on December 21st. She was also a former neighbor of one of my aunts. I did have some interaction with her and I stopped at her house when she was having a garage sale and I bought a nice bowl (photo). She also gave me a necklace when I retired. I don't know where that is now - I have so many boxes of jewelry.

and..?.. if not common, it's certainly not rare nowdays. I believe @Ken N Tx Mother-in-law is around that age.. my neighbour who went into a nursing home last year was 103... and he was still as tall as he had been when he was young..no shrinking there...

Yes she is 104..Still mobile..
