Just discovered I use something that is also used by the actor George Clooney. He's been using his for 25 years. I'm on my 3rd, bought my first (used) in 1990. Way to go George.
Something in common with a celeb.

Yep, kept my father, mother, 3 sisters, wife, me and my 3 children stylish with respectible locks ever since. One of the greatest inventions of the 20th Century.
I remember when it was first advertised, we just about bought one!

I stupidly fell for some of the 'As advertised on TV' gimmicks, won't say which ones, not all, but that was money well spent. I left the 2nd with my daughter in Arizona, I had to buy a replacement for home.
I never did fall for any of those television ads such as "as advertised", or... "if you call now, we'll throw in another set at no extra charge ". LOL!

I've mended my ways. It was during my TV watching days when I worked nights. HSN be damned.

The CHSC (Canadian Home Shopping Club).
There were many times I wanted (so bad) to order something off that channel. Having no extra money prevented me from doing it.

Glad those days are behind me. Not sure but I think my neighbors thought something was going on with me and the UPS driver.
