Something Nice

Well,our granddaughter and her competitive cheer team took first place at the National Cheer Competition in Florida today. So it was a good day for our family!

A baby was born in the parking lot of our local Walmart this morning. Somebody posted it as good news,but I kind of thought a hospital would have been better....haven`t heard any updates as to why it was born there...

We had a "Happy Hour" here in our small apartment. Everyone was in a cheerful mood. A couple of the people said a couple jokes. Some talk of a 50th anniversary party for one of the couples. Also talk of coffee time get together on Wednesday morning at 10 am. Now, here are a bunch of seniors who do not have to feel lonely. Life is good while it's good.
 
I keep turning the news off on the tv and its getting on my bloody nerves ..
best thing was hearing my son talking as he used too=before the stroke -but he's a fighter '
and all ok except for his right hand ,,,(y)(y)

Nice...Years ago my daughter was a Cheerleader in High School...We went to Florida for Competition...It was such a long time ago, I forgot who
won...That happens when you get old.....hahahaha!!!
Congrats on your granddaughter's cheer team....I remember those day's....My daughter is now 51 years old....
