Too bad. Biden is a good guy. Would have made a good president. And offhand would have liked to think there is some sort of strategy in this move.
But, he likes to hear himself talk too much. :yawning:

I think he has a good shot.
 

Biden would be a far better choice than most of the Buffoons...from either Party...that are currently in the race. It's still a year from the elections, but I can't recall an election cycle where we had such a poor choice of candidates.
