Special Sunday night suppers... such a treat

When it comes to Sunday night suppers I love making something extra special, just such a nice way to welcome the start of a new week.

Who else looks to make something special for supper on Sunday nights?

Here's what's on the menu at our house tonight!

Top sirloin roast with carrots (off our garden), onions, and baby potatoes.

One of my husbands favorites!

We would usually BBQ on Sundays, when the weather was nice. BBQ chicken, Pilaf, salad...or a tri-tip and sausages.

Other times my mom would make a chuck roast, or maybe roast a chicken.
