Unbelievable...
My son-in-law just got a speeding ticket,10 miles over the speed limit(40-50 last Sunday) and to this day you would not believe all the lawyers mailings he got...this is just today, seven of them and in Spanish too.
1.Don't pay that ticket..call us.

2.No points,no school, no court.

3 Got a ticket? Don't pay.

4.Stop! Fight back that ticket.

5,We're the traffic ticket team, Call us.

6.no pay.our goal is Case Dismiss within 24 hours.

7.100% money back if traffic ticket is not dismiss.

Well it looks like I can over speed all want and not worry about a traffic violation anymore.

It's called mining. Companies research court dockets and records for violators and sell the names and contact information to law firms who then in turn send out their ads. At the end of the day, the speeder or violator "may" save a few bucks off the fine or have his points shaved, but still pay a hefty bill when adding in the attorney's fees. Most lawyers are against this practice, but then there is the other kind.
