A sports commentator ripped Sports Illustrated for excessive soccer coverage including an upcoming tournament called the Copa Americans Tournament. Didn't like the title "The Summer of Soccer" either.

I don't know many of these so called talking head sports experts only really know and talk about 2-4 of the major sports in the US. But that's what their audience wants. Sports Illustrated along with a lot of other magazines are way past their day. If they want an international audience that's SI's choice and the readership to read or ignore.
