The " long hard, harsh winter" is behind us...now is the time for a fresh new look!

Yes, I've caught it.....I have tomato and pepper plants ready to plant. It is cool and windy here today, so I'll wait for another day.

I'm thinking of getting a tomato plant to grow on my patio this year ... and some basil to compliment it. Those two grow nicely together.

Should see the wild flowers coming up soon. Snow Lilly's, and such, Indian Paint Brush a little latter on, and the smell of the sagebrush after a spring rain, and the return of the deer, and new fawns, and other critters. Ah yes, renewal in all it's glory. Ain't life great.

I miss hearing the spring peepers (small tree frogs) that live near deep puddles in the woods.

Have a few spring flowers blooming.
Clots foot is blooming, a yellow wildflower that first glance makes one think dandelion.
Ir appears in damp area, rocky places.
