Spring IS Here 3/19/20!

Happy Spring Everyone! Ruthanne, I'll be doing some housework too, won't overwork myself though. ;) We're supposed to get a spring storm tomorrow and Friday, probably around 6 inches, maybe more....but it will melt quickly. Gives me an excuse not to do any yard work. :D

I've had the windows open in an effort to fill my little apartment with fresh air.

Doing a little cleaning, inventorying canned goods and supplies, doing my best to stay out of the way and busy being thankful that the virus has not had a direct impact on me and the people that I care about most.

Wow, that's a lot of snow and yes, at this time of year it is sure to melt quickly. As they say...housework is never done...

It's not bad out weather-wise today. Already 8C. Stuck at home most of the time now (COVID-19), so I am getting to clean and organize house. Cleaned most of curtains yesterday. The laundry room is a mess and needs organizing. Already gone for 1 walk today and might go for another (outside if it doesn't rain). We have no snow on the ground but ground is mushy and not much outside work today. Hope everyone else is having a good day!
 
It is still cold and today is very nasty with rain. The ground isn't even workable but my seeds are sprouting in my little makeshift greenhouses by my front window. I'll take the covers off as soon as they are all up then transplant to individual paper cups in a few weeks. The cups hold up until I can plant them outside and transplanting holds them back a bit if we have a cold spring.

Sounds like you have been doing a lot Mike..that's got to be a real good thing when all the dog poop is cleaned up :LOL: 🐯

yes, many of us are stuck inside now. Sounds like your getting some stuff done. I have a curtain that needs cleaning, too. A great day to you!

The "April Showers" have been with us most of March. If/When things dry out a bit, I've got tons of yard work to do...including tilling up the garden.....for now, that is a mud pit. The grass is already growing nicely, and I will probably have to start mowing in another week or two.

Have fun mowing..I haven't done any mowing in 40 years.

Wow, you did all that already..yes, you're ready! It's always nice to spend lots of time outdoors..I'll be out there more too since the weather is going to be better..today is nice but we still have a little cold spell coming..that won't last though.

I just looked up what 16 C is in F and it's 60.8--yes that's very nice! We have that today. What is a take-out shawarma? @Pinky
