Spring is in the Air!!!!!!

I love it, my favorite season. Today is the low 70's and I'm ready for a hike. Even with sniffles I just want to get out here and overhaul all the flower beds in one shot. Fortunately last year I realized perennials were a lot less work. But still have space for a few new plants...must find lavender and gardenia, first on my list.

It's amazing how at the start of the warmer weather, our energy levels rise. We are now into early Autumn which can be quite warm, it's the winter that doesn't agree with me.

It's been beautiful spring weather here for the past few days, although we'll probably get one more snow. I can tell spring is around the corner, because my first dandelion popped up. New irises are through the ground that were here before we bought the house over 30 years ago. I'm energized by spring too, can't believe that Sunday is daylight savings time again, longer days....all good!

Well although it has been lovely and sunny here in the UK (North Wales) the temp has still only been around 7 degrees.

It was almost 80 here on Wed. We broke records. Everyone is smiling and commenting on how nice the warm weather is. I hope it lasts. I may go yard saling on Sat. I'll bet someone will have one with the temps being unseasonably warm. Love it. I'm a summer girl.
