They may not be able to find help / even if there are not a huge amount of un vaccinated ......
some people simply do NOT want to share their status with employers i have heard some think this was a slippery slope.

This like nations emerging and moving forward companies will need to assess their policy.....
many waited to see ruling so they did not have to walk back a policy like this

They need to adopt the Don't ask Don't tell policy.

could be because most of their workers are part time and paid barely over minimum wage it is hard to find folks too
would be a giant PITA to create the process of storing information etc as i read the rules not supposed to be just kept with employees file and limited access etc.

This pandemic has created a Huge problem for employers in the fast food/restaurant/leisure segments of the economy. People who survived in those minimum wage jobs, for years...are now finding better paying jobs elsewhere as inflation, etc., has forced many other companies/industries to offer higher wages and benefits.

The prices at these fast food places have gone up as much as 50% in recent months, and with few offering "indoor" seating, their customer base is dropping. I won't be surprised if we see a number of McD's, Starbucks, Wendy's, etc., closing down this year.

You are right! It's gonna be "bye, bye" to a lot of restaurants. I'm all for restaurant employees getting a fair wage. However, the old saying is "you can't have your cake and eat it too." I'm trying to say that if you pay your employees higher wages, the price of food and coffee is got to go up. The customer always pays. I think in the future more people will be eating at home and maybe only going to restaurants on special occasion. However, those line ups with cars going around Tim Horton's in Canada and McDonald's will be the last to go. LOL
