A store employee killed at the beginning of a hostage stand off trying to escape was shot by a police bullet while they were returning fire on a suspect running into the store.
The suspect shot 2 people during a domestic dispute, lead police on a high speed chase then crashed near a Trader Joe's in Los Angeles. He fired at police during the chase and as he exited the car running into the store. Was live on national tv for a while.
