My son and granddaughter baked a box mix white cake using 3/4 cup plain yogurt and it turned out delicious....a slight bit crumbly but still firm....
vinegar and baking soda was the other option.....they decided the vinegar might be too tart and sour....used creme cheeze frosting, yummmm.
