Supercomputer predicts the Super Bowl winner, score and MVP

AI and a super computer pick the Kansas City Chiefs over the Philly Eagles 30-27 in Sunday's Super Bowl. And it also picked the MVP. Let's say the supercomputer is right. If every variable in a sports game could be accounted for and winners repeatedly get crunched out, who is going to sit there and watch the game? Instead of watching the Indy 500, for 4 hours on May 25th, we could go to the AI supercomputer awards ceremony on May 19th????
And what if AI gets better and better about predicting all kinds off sports? Why have a tennis match where AI says the winner is Ivan Nobroznavichcoff? (tennis players always have names like that).

Technology does it again: They predict the winner of Super Bowl LIX with the score and possible MVP of the game between the Chiefs and the Eagles

Someplace in a room at Ontario Hydro headquarters, a computer guy is preparing to shut off the electrical power to the north east US about 10 minutes into the Super Bowl, and then walk out of the room. Perhaps that might get somebody's attention in the New England states.

It's also possible that Enbridge's pipelines running through North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan, which feeds 300,000 bpd to the refinery in Montreal, might get shut off, which will get someone's attention, as well. Whatever you are suggesting and the reasons behind it, are quite ridiculous, imo.

Yer making me hungry now... I ain't had a good Philly Cheesesteak since I lived in Eureka.

These guys make the best Philly Cheesesteaks west of the Pennsylvania state line!

Hope we’re lucky enough to see two other teams in the game next year ….. any other teams.
It will be a snooze fest for me on Sunday. .. I usually love watching the games.

I'm not a football fan at all, but I watch GMA and it seems all of the newscasters are big sports fan. One is Will Reeve, who is Christopher Reeve's son (just found that out a couple of months ago). Anyway, I believe he said that for 8 out of 8 years, the team that has traveled east to west has won the game. That means he's predicting the Eagles will win. I did not fact check that stat. Anyone know if it's true?

OK, of course the BIG question is.....will Travis and Taylor get married if the Chief's win or will they break up if they lose? Will Taylor be wearing Travis's Super Bowl ring come Monday morning?

Ooooooh....
Taylor and Travis sittin' in a tree
K-I-S-S-I-N-G.
First comes love, then comes marriage,
then comes Taylor with a baby carriage!

(Of course, it doesn't work out that way much any more.)

This years Super Bowl will have an estimated 1.4 BILLION dollars in bets placed on the game and/or side type bets

The Most Popular Bets of Super Bowl 59

This is why they're building computers to predict outcomes of games. Without the gambling on modern day sports attending or watching a game would be affordable with no meaningless hype.

Any predictions on how many times the camera will pan over to the players wives and girlfriends?
There should be plenty of celebrities there as well.

Funny you should mention this.

I was reading an article on my newsfeed, and someone actually kept track of how much camera time was spent on Taylor Swift at the Chiefs games she attended this year.

It averaged out to less than 45 seconds per game. 45 seconds. During a three hour broadcast, and the camera were never on her during an actual play.

And on top of that, they dump on this hate on her, calling her an attention w**re, and other equally classy names, and she literally has no idea when the cameras are on her.

I'm no Taylor Swift fan, but I don't think she should get all the hate she receives.

Anyway, I live right in the heart of Eagle country, so I have to live with the insufferable Eagle fans. (the stories you hear are true)

I don't really care who wins. I stop caring once fantasy football season is over.
