Supreme Court Says You Don't Have To Be Paid For Company Security Procedures

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Amazon workers don't have to be paid for mandatory security searches at door(1/2 hour in many cases). Because security procedures are not one's 'principal' activity which is apparently the legal wording/technicality here.

Just more proof that the Supreme Court is there to maintain the status quo. Someone has to stand up for corporate America. Funny how on certain cases the court and justices show their biases and participate in judicial activism and yet other cases they follow it to the letter of the law. I will say an unanimous verdict should be the outcome on every case because it IS the law. I guess new differently worded laws, rules and regulations will have to be passed and instituted to get around this issue.
