Hubby made sushi for dinner. I ate 0 cholesterol and almost 0 sodium all day. Then I ate all the sushi I could hold 
We bought the lowest count in sodium crab, snow crab, for my rolls. We have low salt soy sauce, which still has a ton of salt in it. There are left overs for lunch too.
