Hubby made sushi for dinner. I ate 0 cholesterol and almost 0 sodium all day. Then I ate all the sushi I could hold :)
We bought the lowest count in sodium crab, snow crab, for my rolls. We have low salt soy sauce, which still has a ton of salt in it. There are left overs for lunch too.

Sounds like a good meal for you! I have to watch salt consumption, too, unfortunately.

I love Sushi... there's a great sushi place near Trafalgar square , I always make a bee-line for it when I go downtown...there's lots of them in London, but this is the best!

I'm not overkeen on British supermarket sushi... and I've never made my own.. but when we go to an Asian restaurant , I'll often have sushi instead of hot Chinese food..(which I love also)

I used to visit the Japanese centre in North London years ago, that was fabulous, they had a HUGE supermarket and lots of stores selling everything from chopsticks to kimonos.. but they closed down and moved further into the city, so it's too much of a hassle to travel there now..shame!!

My old buddy had a cat named Shushi. I don't know if Shushi liked sushi. I make great vegan sushi, for those who say they'd never eat sushi because of the raw fish in it.

I can't spell worth a … And this time spell checker was not my friend. But I fixed it. :)

I would be Very Leery about eating ANY raw fish/seafood unless I was certain about where it came from. I would Never touch anything grown in the raw sewage pits of SE Asia, and even some of the "local" seafood can be contaminated with parasites, etc.

I love Sushi in my favorite Spider rolls, and also California Susi Rolls,
my local place I visit, puts just a drizzle of carmal sauce over the Sushi
Spider rolls, oh my gosh it is so good! imo
