Loaded Turkey Taco Bowl
Add an extra dash of healthiness to your #TacoTuesday by swapping out beef
for leaner turkey.
Just as delicious but even better for you.

Recipe:
•Heat 1Tbsp.olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat.
•Add1/2 an onion(diced) & 2 garlic cloves( minced) and saute til soft.
•Add 1 lb. ground turkey and cook while breaking apart.
•Once the meat is cooked thoroughly, season with 1 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp.paprika, 1/2 tsp.cumin,
1/4 tsp.pepper.
• Add 1/2 C.salsa, 1/4C cilantro
• Reduce to low heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve the Turkey taco meat over cooked Brown rice, your fvorii taco fixings like corn, beans,
Diced avocado and like wedges.

If whoever you are serving, is sensitive to spice(s), just omit any herbs and spices
for more simple flavor.

Enjoy!

Taco Salad,

Prepare ground taco beef as directed.
Heat one can of pinto beans (use a slotted spoon) to drain liquid)
Chop lettuce

Make a meal size portion.
Add
shredded cheddar
corn chips
Catalina salad dressing.

Of course add extra things you might enjoy. If I have a tomato I add that.

My DIL makes this. I love it. I put the left over beans and meat in the fridge. Warm those in the microwave for the next salad as needed. I have enough to have salad all week. Fresh every time. The warm meat and beans with the cold crisp lettuce are so good together. The corn chips bring the crunch and salt. The dressing brings a little sweet to the party!
