So I get this pre-registration form from the hospital I am scheduled to bat soon and on it a TAT to initial and TAP to sign. I have zero idea on what to do. After about 30 minutes of trying to figure this out I called the hospital and they told me to disregard those as I will sign when I get there. They could have included that somewhere on the notice. I dislike it when I come across something computer-related that leaves me asking what the heck is this?
