Teeth Whitening For Any Budget

My teeth were stained and yellowish. I found this information on Pinterest and it helped a lot:

Teeth whitening formula: Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

So I did not have to bother to buy expensive whitening products or go to the dentist for teeth whitening.

Ok, I will do this. I use hydrogen peroxide in my bath, and use baking soda more often than toothpaste for my teeth.
When I had my teeth cleaned, she was astonished how clean my teeth were. (charged me anyway)

You're welcome and it whitened my teeth. I'm going to start back to using it again. I only did it about 4 times or 4 weeks but would like them to be even whiter.

when i still had real teeth, I used to dip my brush into
a bleach water mix and brush a bit, then rinse my mouth
out...worked for me....
