Tennessee Red Cedar Armoire

I fear I will not be able to take this to my new abode. It was left by the people my parents bought the house from in 1975 and who know how long it was here before that. It still has the manufacturer's label inside - a nifty piece of artwork, if I may say.

@debodun ,do you have enough closet space in your bedroom? This would come in handy if you don't. It also depends on the condition of the item. I happen to like the wood grain and would consider bringing it if possible.
With all the other smaller items you are bringing you could add shelving inside to put your many keepsakes you don't want to leave behind.
Nifty label.
If in good condition you might get a good price for it also.

Put it out on the curb with a "FREE" sign. The people who owned the house before your parents did not want to take it, and that was over 46 years ago.

Nice piece deb. Wood is clean. Upholstered brings years of dirt, etc, but wood is nice!

The Cedar wood is beautiful... however the problem with these type of wardrobe/armoires is they really take up much more space than they can store...

I wouldn't give it a second thought ... if it came with the house, leave it with the house when you go.
