The Best Vaccination Against Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease

I'm 89 and most of my former friends and relatives seemed to have gotten dementia and/or Alzheimer's Disease as they aged. However, in my case I spend up to 7 hours a day playing the PC game, "Civilization VI." One starts in the Stone Age with one man holding a club and after playing the same game for many months ends up in the atomic age using nukes, tanks and aircraft.

I've been playing this game for several years now and, in addition to being lots of fun, I've kept my mind busy with the details of managing a nation and all their wars for 3,000 years. I play at the lowest artificial intelligence level of a possible 8 levels. I still lose most of the time by having my nation destroyed by other nations but my mind stays active and enjoyment stays at a very high level.

One needs a top of the line PC to run the game since its world map takes lots of memory to display. I use a Dell Inspiron 7000 PC to run the game. If anyone wants to play it multiplayer, let me know in this thread.
