Great list! I still do at least half of the activities on that list, like knitting, taking photos, editing photos, following a recipe, reading, reading music, mental maths, writing letters (holidays), budgeting, creative writing, gardening, finding facts, proper grammar, cooking from memory, caring for plants, speaking another language, remembering dates, baking a cake by hand, storytelling, critical thinking, following instructions, making your own bread by hand, spelling, stamp collecting, making my own jam, etc. :)
