I wish I had a picture...As I've written before, my beautiful Sophie has fear issues. From the day we adopted her we discovered different triggers regularly.

Unexpected sounds, a gate or car door closing.
Balloons, anything floating in the air, oh except insects, those you can eat.
Shadows and dark streets, can't be too careful there.
Electrical noises, the vacuum monster, an electric toothbrush, anything that buzzes chugs or lights up.
Rain or even the smell of possible rain, which can mean the thunder monster is coming.
Humans making the raspberry sound and she gets upset enough to bite.

Medically she's healthy as a horse. Completely devoted to her Mami and except for the above actually kind of easygoing. I overslept this morning. I've been camping out on my daughters floor. Nice soft sleeping bag and hubby sleeps better with more bed space. I'm right next to my daughter's bed.

Maybe six inches from the floor to the mattress frame. This morning Callie didn't gallop over to say good morning. He had an odd look on his face. I moved the sheet next to me a bit...and there with just nose, paws and eyes showing was Sophie. How she got under there I might never know.
Long and lean but she's almost sixty pounds of pup.

Thank you, that face allows me to forgive so very much:p But really, I wish I had a secret nanny cam or something to see exactly how she did it. Her shoulders, even just her head could not fit in that space. So she had to have somehow lifted the frame edge too. She did that under me and hubby's bed one night. I've since blocked that bed with old blankets.

I woke up to the bed shaking and there she was whining and stuck. Our bed is even lower and heavier, she must be mighty dog. I didn't want to wake my husband so I sat down there helping ease her out. It looked like the mattress was giving birth. Wacky dog
