The Duckduckgo Browser Won't Access This Site

So this morning, using the duckduckgo browser as I usually do, couldn't access this site and when I checked the downforeveryoneorjustme site, it said "not just you; seniorforums is down." But other browsers work for SF and now downforeveryoneorjustme says SF is up. But not for duckduckgo.

Anybody else?

No, don't think so; that's Virtual Private Network, right? And I've never set that up. Unless duckduckgo uses an automatic VPN.

It doesn't, as far as I know. Mozilla/Foxfire offers a free private browser and duckduckgo is the search engine, but browsers and search engines are 2 separate things.

I haven't had any problems accessing SF.

Are you still having trouble? Is it your phone, a PC, or a laptop?

I just tried it with DuckDuckGo and it worked for me.

Maybe duckduckgo needs an update ??

I recommend uninstalling it and then download the latest version from their website..

I used DuckDuckGo with this site just fine 'till a few weeks ago and then it suddenly stopped working. Now I have to use a different browser.

Officer, I started another thread in this category about a different issue I'm having on Senior Forums while using Brave, which uses DuckDuckGo for searches. Can't even link it here, because that's one of the problems.

Don't confuse the search engine with the browser. Those are two different things.

I just now tried getting on here at SF using DDG and now it's working; it's so weird because I couldn't get on SF at all before, in fact, downforeveryoneorjustme.com even said that SF was down. So I guess it's some kind of intermittant thing?
