Not as bad as 2024, but okay. I had a better year than some of my fellow Americans. My heart goes out to them and wish a more peaceful and secure New Year 2026.

January slapped me hard across the face then threw me into an ice cold lake with a surprise hospital stay.
I worked hard to turn my health around and it worked.

Terrible...
A very contentious long drawn out divorce ...
...a car crash that wrote my car off, and landed me in hospital and surgery , including plastic surgery on my hand and arm ...cracked ribs, which still hurt 6 months on.. ... then later when I bought a new car , an idiot woman on the wrong side of the road sideswiped me and crashed right into my drivers side... and my new car had to be repaired after having it only a month.....
....then December wasn't going to let me go free of problems.. I had to have a carcinoma cut out of my leg..leaving a big nasty looking 7 inch scar,, and 15 stitches
So 2025, can feck off.....

I was having too many GI bleeds and nose bleeds. Then they installed a Watchman in my heart. This enabled me to stop taking blood thinners but not before needing resuscitation during the process.
All the medical mess was expensive (yes, I have insurance) and has left me in bad shape financially.
I will count my blessings and hope for a better year.
