That was an old satellite the U.S. owned that was tagged to be destroyed sometime in the next few months. The original video was sent to Russia. I don’t know if it was ever released to the public or not. The Penragon has a copy of the original. If you’re really interested in seeing it, maybe you should write to them and ask if they would post it.
